I have always known it as the Triangle Building. Home to The Deli On The Corner café. The southern apex of the triangular Cambridge CBD block bounded by Victoria, Alpha and Empire Streets. Cambridge Lions Trash & Treasure Market, an initiative of Cambridge Lions Club, is held on the second Sunday of each month year round.

The CBD circuit (of just under 1km) is; south on Victoria Street through the big roundabout to Commerce Street, around into Duke Street, back to Victoria and north to the small (clock) roundabout and so on again.
